We are a private practice with mixed billing practices and ALL billing is at the discretion of the Doctor.
Fees are due and payable on the day of service – payable by debit or credit card
All Car Park and Telephone consults require Credit Card details to be entered to facilitate payment on the day. The card details are not retained on file.
Please note: We are implementing our first fee increase in two years. New fees will apply from July 18th. Fees have been increased in proportion to CPI and minor Medicare rebate increases.
- Standard Consult: $100
- Standard Phone Consult: $100
- Long Consult: $170
- Long Phone Consult: $170
- Extended Consult: $225
- Antenatal Consult: $100
- Treatment Room Fee: Simple $50 | Complex $90
- Dressing Fees apply to ALL dressings. The cost is determined by the type of dressing required.
- Simple $22.50/ Moderate $ 27.50/ Complex $33.00
- Repeat Prescription: $22 (Up to 7 days’ notice is required)
- Referral Renewal: $30 (Up to 7 days’ notice is required)

Workers compensation consults will require a payment of the private account on the day until liability is accepted by the employer or insurance company and a claim number is provided.
Your Medicare claim will be sent electronically and your rebate will be directly deposited into your nominated bank account.
Non Attendance Fees will apply:
- for all instances where a patient does not attend a booked consult
- for appointments cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time
Fees applied:
$75 for short consult
$150 for a long consult

Prescription renewals and referral letters can be requested via our contact form.
Outstanding Accounts
This is a private practice and payment will be processed on the day. Telephone and carpark consultation still require payment on the day.
It is preferable that you ring the practice to make payment as soon as possible after the consult. You may be required to pay any outstanding fees prior to your next consultation.
Outstanding accounts may incur late payment fees and will be payable prior to your next consult.
